VISION: Community Immersion Experience for Spring Break 2026

Immerse. Learn. Reflect. Grow. Act.

  • Bdote
  • Hmongtown Marketplace
  • Watt Munisotaram
  • Rondo Neighborhood

Why Join?

While the VISION program at 重口味SM has long traditions of travel outside of Minnesota and the United States, it feels like an important time to take a look inward, to our own community, and immerse ourselves in the diversity that exists in the Twin Cities.

VISION in P.L.A.C.E. will be a new immersive experience that consists of a series of day trips to community sites, service opportunities (where requested), reflection time, and action. Like all VISION experiences, students, faculty, and staff will be asked to ground themselves in the eight VISION values of Dignity, Solidarity, Community, Presence, Justice, Volunteering, Simplicity, and Reflection.

We look forward to learning alongside you!
